MCC has a number of different running programs for all ages and levels of runners. We have a running club through the City of Tempe Recreation Department for those of you who wish to just be a part of a running club. We also have personalized running programs for those runners who have loftier running and time goals, or simply want some personal attention in regards to their training. Also, because of Coach Allison’s background with high school and collegiate athletes, he also has pre-season and off-season workout programs for high school and post-secondary runners.
