Group Running and Track Club
Starting in early January 2015 and ending in mid-late June, we have a group running and track club for all levels of runners. If you would like to truly learn about speed, pacing and help with your 5k to marathon goals, then come out on these following evenings:
MCC has partnered up with Phoenix Flyers Track Club to help youth to adults with sprinting, middle-distance running, distance running, horizontal jumps (long and triple) and weight events (shot, discus and javelin). Phoenix Flyers is a USATF club in Ahwatukee and is a non-profit organization.While the youth group starts at 5:30 p.m., we have our adults come in at 6:30 p.m. to start warming up and get ready for their own workout. ALL LEVELS of runners welcome.

For free weekly regular scheduled longer runs we would suggest the Sole Sports Running Zone group that meets up on Mon, Thursday and Saturday for group runs.
